In order to make consignment experience effortless and enjoyable, we’ve implemented a web based tracking and payment system. This will allow you to check on the status of items you have consigned as well as request or payments and
sales history, whenever you like. You can gain access to your account by clicking the ‘Consignor Login’ in the header.
Our consignment period is 90 days. The default Consignment agreement is 35% to the customer of the final selling price in most cases. Consignors can convert consignor credit to Store credit at any time and receive an additional 10%
credit. Store credit can only be used on purchases in store and never expires. We can also consider offering a higher consignor split on specific luxury items.
Items we accept are generally priced at 30% to 50% of original retail value and discounted every 30 days for the duration of the agreement. Urban Thrift reserves the right to discount consigned items for the purposes of sales or promotions,
or end of season without notice and at our discretion.
Unless special arrangements have been made, all items not sold after 90 days will be recycled or donated to charity.
Payout on accounts is done upon request twice monthly. Please submit your request by emailing dom@urbanthrift.ca using the subject line “Payout” from the email account associated with your account. Dormant accounts, unreachable consignors
and credit on accounts for which we have received no direction will expire after 12 months and the account will be deleted.
